Regardless of what stage you are in life, we have all struggled with the personal enemies of fear, doubt, anxiety, procrastination, and even a lack of self-confidence.
These enemies usually stem from a lack of self-discipline, mindset, and the consistent practice of healthy habits. We wanted to create a program that can fill those gaps, defeat the enemies of self-sabotage, and help others create the best version of themselves.
We also noticed that most online programs do not give their customer the support and accountability they need to succeed at the highest level. With that in mind, our programs offer far more support through our weekly townhall Q&As, daily check ins, personal text messages, and tons of content to help guide you on your journey to optimal health.
Ultimately, we want to help our members reach their goals by giving them the tools they need. Rare Breed Academy’s mission is to create a more connected community and intimate coaching experience.
Trent Shelton: Former NFL wide receiver created Rehab Time to impart his wisdom on people to help with self improvement. Trent will be focusing on the SOUL aspect of the program.
John Pruna: Trent’s trainer who he has partnered with to expand his program into RBA. John will be focusing on the MIND and BODY aspects of the weekly program.

Yes! All workouts are designed to be done at home with no equipment, just body weight. We designed the program like this to help with our members’ busy schedules to make the program as accessible as possible for everyone.
Yes! There is much more to RBA than just workouts. The RBA fitness program can be your sole method of training or it can complement your current regimen. Your personal fitness goals will determine how you set up your overall program.
All of our workouts can be done at home with no equipment; we focus on using body-weight to build muscle. Within our workouts, our trainer has designed modifications to differentiate for men and women. We also will include different workout levels when possible to accommodate all levels: beginner, intermediate, or advanced.
No equipment needed! Workouts will be designed with modifications for men and women as well as including different workout levels when possible to accommodate all levels. You can always add equipment (weights and bands) to increase difficulty if needed.

Are you battling anxiety, fear, self-doubt? If so, then mind and soul should be your primary focus.
Are you struggling with being overweight and feeling lethargic? If so, then health and fitness should take priority.
In week one of the RBA program we will discuss goal setting and do exercises to help you understand how to set feasible goals for yourself. It is important to build goals around your main issues that are hindering your progress from becoming the best version of yourself. With that being said, attacking these issues by improving your daily habits, rituals, and thought patterns is the key to transformation, and that is the primary focus of RBA. We want you to reach your goals by the end of the program, and designed it to help you do so.
To get the most out of our program we recommend logging into your membership portal at the start of every week.
There are a staggering amount of people who do not complete programs after spending their hard earned money. With that in mind, we created a program that is engineered to hold you accountable and give you the necessary support to succeed. We recommend tracking your progress through our performance tracker and using our daily check ins. We also will have weekly live town halls to recap the week and give further insight.
This program can be whatever you want it to be and you can participate as little or as much as you want. In the end, it all starts and ends with you. You just need to lock in and fully dedicate yourself to the program.

RBA is a 6-week program and we take new sign ups at all times. You can check the RBA calendar for start dates. Since we incorporate live town halls we have a start date for our program to keep all our members at the same stage.
Yes! We have a private Facebook group for our members to discuss the program and get advice from other members. Our weekly town halls are also a great opportunity to ask questions and get the advice you need from our experts.
No! Our program can be done at any age.
Our programs are largely focused on improving your mindset and healthy habits. Therefore, your age will not be a factor when participating. It all comes down to how you want to approach the program.
In addition, the fitness programs will range from beginner, intermediate and advanced for all ages.
You are encouraged to get medical clearance from a physician if you are currently battling a major injury or medical condition. But this should not stop you from participating in the program if your goals are solely focused on daily walks, stretching, and low impact mobility drills.
Yes! RBA is far more than fitness. Our programs are heavily focused on mindset, self-discipline, and building healthy habits.
If you have a medical condition such as diabetes, heart disease, or a respiratory condition, I highly encourage you to focus on the mindset, and soul segments of the program. Also, I encourage you to get approval from your primary care physician so you can complete a modified version of the fitness program depending on your condition.
Yes! Our team has curated Spotify playlists to focus on Mind, Body, and Soul. These are available in our member portal, or in the Spotify app.
To access our playlists in the Spotify app, search for “rarebreedacademy”. Our profile should appear in the search bar to then access our public playlists. Feel free to follow our account or save our playlists to your library for easy access through your account.

Our program cost is $199.99. This can be paid in a flat fee at the time of purchase or in 3 installments of $66.33. Installment payments will be taken first at time of purchase, next during week 3 of the program, and lastly during week 5.
